What is EFT (Tapping)?  It's a practical body/mind self-help method. A process of mindful and intentional tapping (gently, with fingertips) on acupuncture meridian end-points on the face and upper body. For this reason, EFT is considered acupuncture with NO needles.

Tapping is easy to learn and can be used by almost anyone. With simple tapping you can transform the way you respond to uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, troubled memories and life challenges.

Quest to Balance - Amplify your self care to decrease chronic stress

A Happier, Healthier You

Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed and/or having difficulties with prioritizing self-care? Do you want to improve your mental wellness, but you don't know where to start? Maybe you do not need/want therapy, but you could benefit from strategies to manage day-to-day stress. If this sounds familiar Quest to Balance is for you.

The Quest Fundamentals -(3 sessions) - Develop an individualized self-care plan, learn tools & strategies to increase consistency and gain new evidence-based proven tools to help you feel calmer and relaxed.

 The Transitional Quest - (5 sessions) You will learn the fundamentals AND gain strategies and tools to unblocked negative patterns and beliefs.

Your Quest to the goal (8 sessions) - You will receive everything in the fundamentals/transitional package. In addition, you will receive 3-4 EFT tapping sessions based on one focused challenge impacting you from rising to the next level. 

Note: Each package starts with a complimentary 30 min assessment to identify the focus of our work together to make sure to tailor it your specific needs and challenges.
