Your Quest to Balance.

"In today's America, we tend to think of healing as something binary; either we're broken or we're healed from that brokenness. But that's not how healing operates, and it's almost never how human growth works. More often healing and growth take place on a continuum, with innumerable points between utter brokenness and total health." - Resmaa Menakem.

Mental wellness is a lifestyle. It is being consistent and intentional around implementing healthy habits to create a life of peace and wholeness. In this moment, I'm inviting you to create space to think about how you want to embark on your quest to improve your wellness? What could that look like? Can you envision yourself healed, joyous and full? What would it feel like to minimize your stress and maximize your peace? Once this is accomplished what are your gains? Is it healthier connections to loved ones? Healthier connection to yourself? Will you be able to accomplish the goals you have for yourself? Will you be able to learn to rest and restore, creating more of a work-life balance? 

All of this is possible! 

Although each session will be tailored to the individual. Each client will be provided with knowledge, new insights and tools to revamp their life in a way to support their mental wellness needs. Whole.listic Quest empowers people to develop new habits that support balance and wholeness. It is essential to keep in mind that there is no magic pill or a quick fix; however, if you are consistent and intentional you will rise to the next level. Your healing journey requires work, but it is not impossible. I will support you along the way!
